Delta Polyax△™ Proximal Tibial Locking Plate The system represent the next generation in anatomic locked plating of tibial plateau fractures. It combines the benefits of low profile plate metallurgy with the advantages of double row, multi-planar locked subchondral screw technology. These features allow the formation of Delta Polyax△™ variable angle locking screws beneath the articular surface to create a true subchondral scaffold that can provide strong fixation in both comminuted fractures and osteopenic bone.
▲Delta Polyax△™ Proximal Tibial Locking Plate DPLT has six raft-like universal fixation screws. Multi-angle locking raft screws can be used for support when there is subsidence under the tibial plateau, providing diversified treatment options for different intraoperative situations
▲DPLT has strut screws that can be used at an elevation angle with ±15° multi-angle locking, suitable for medial wedges or fragments, forming triangular support with raft screws
▲The design shape of DPLT’s proximal tibial articular surface helps with repositioning during surgery
